If you have one of our instruments, please fill the following form with your *first name, *last name, *e-mail, *Bio-Logic division (to which your request will be sent), *instrument, *serial number of your instrument and *your address to obtain (by email) the necessary LOGIN NAME and PASSWORD to access the support section of our Web.
