Quench-flow instruments

We have several versions of quench-flow instrument. Your choice may be dependent on your application.

In all cases, our instruments have the great advantage of having one motor drive per syringe, this allows a great flexibility in the programming of the mixing sequences. The flow rate of all the syringes can be programmed independently and the nature of the sequence tuned to the specific application.

SFM-300/SFM-400

The SFM-300/Q and 400/Q feature the most versatile instruments capable of single mixing + quench (SFM-300/Q) or double mixing + quench (SFM-400/Q).
Both instrument can operate in continuous flow and interrupted flow modes.
The SFM-300/Q and SFM-400/Q may be converted easily in classical stopped-flow version with the addition of the /S upgrade kit.

Dedicated quench-flow instruments

The QFM-400 microvolume instrument is a more specialized machine that has been optimized for the very small volume operation. This instrument operates in the single mixing + quench mode. It features the most economic quench-flow machine of the market. One of the main source of sample economy comes from the fact that only one single delay line is used for the entire time course of the kinetics.
