Special Euro
- Our price lists are issued in Euros.
- We issue quotations and invoices, and accept orders in Euros, or in
your own local currency (outside "Euroland").
- The default currency for all transactions is the Euro unless otherwise specified.
General conditions of sale
- Our price lists are issued, Ex-Works factory, Claix/Grenoble France
- All prices are subject to change without notice, please verify their validity.
- For more information, ask for a detailed quotation to our
customer service.
Quotations
- Quotations specify the designation, current price list, availability and delivery term
of the instrument as well as the sale terms and conditions.
- Quotation in your local currency may be issued upon request.
Orders
- Orders may be placed by fax or e-mail and a confirmation sent by mail.
- Upon receipt of order we will fax you our acceptance of order detailing content, price,
delivery delay and shipping terms.
Delivery
- Packing : our export packaging is specially designed to ensure a maximum protection
of the instruments.
- Insurance : Bio-Logic takes out an insurance policy to cover any risk of damage
during transport.
- Shipping : door-to-door delivery or delivery to the nearest Customs airport is
arranged by Bio-Logic.
Terms of payment
- General term : 30 days net from date of shipping.
- For overseas orders prepayment or an irrevocable & confirmed letter of credit is required.
Warranty
- One year (except consumable equipment) from date of invoice (including parts, labor).
- Instruments under warranty (excluding consumables) are repaired free of charge
at the factory. Shipment to the factory is at customer's charge; shipment
back to the customer's site is at Bio-Logic's charge.
Assistance
Installation
- Installation can be made by Bio-Logic upon request. Please ask
a quotation for this additional charge.
Service
- Service is available at Bio-Logic, Claix, France or at your
distributors' workshop.
- Shipping operations are arranged by Bio-Logic.
- Instruments no longer under warranty : parts, labor and shipping are
invoiced. A quotation for the repair is submitted to the customer upon
receipt of the instrument.
